What conditions do you create to thrive?

In these times of big change, it's easy to forget what we need to thrive. Thriving is a state of being where we are in a receptive, connected relationship to both our inner world and external world. Thriving is not dependent on the form that the external world takes, but rather on our relationship to it.  When we are in the state of thriving, we have access to what we need to move forward.

What is the relationship you have to the world around you right now?

What are you thinking and feeling?

When you recall a time that you experienced thriving, what were you thinking and feeling?

What causes you to thrive?

How can you create the conditions that create thriving right now?
