Marcia Goldberg PCC, CPPC, the founder of Designing Your Destiny Coaching, is certified as a professional coach by both the International Coach Federation and Coaches Training Institute. For the past 30 years she has supported individuals, businesses and couples in creating in-depth change, claiming and living their vision, and developing the values, skills and attitudes for success in personal and professional life.

She has presented workshops, seminars and retreats throughout North America including The Open Center in New York City, Esalen in Big Sur, California, and the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance Expo in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and has trained and mentored other coaches and seminar leaders. 

She is a past Executive and Spiritual Director of Kripalu Center in Sumneytown, PA. and has brought the big picture of spirituality to the business world through consulting, trainings and executive coaching. Marcia is currently an adjunct faculty member of Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA and is recognized as a Senior Kripalu Teacher. She is co-creator of the Exploring Your Life Purpose curriculum and creator of the Designing Your Destiny curriculum.

Marcia is a contributor to books on personal development including Kripalu Yoga: A Guide to Practice On and Off the Mat and Every Bite is Divine, and has appeared in Healthy Living Magazine.

Marcia brings many years of spiritual practice in yoga, meditation, and study of metaphysics to call forth the magnificence, clarity, and power of each individual in their quest for personal and spiritual development. Her clients have noted her capacity to penetrate to the heart of an issue and offer insights that make the complex and challenging task of personal and spiritual growth attainable. Marcia’s intended outcome with all her clients is for them to open to a new world of joyous, loving, and empowering ways to be with themselves, others, and the world.
In her personal life, Marcia delights in being with her husband, children and grandchildren, and enjoys painting, her close friendships, and camping in the wilderness.


Deb Slotterbach, CPCC is certified as a professional coach through Coaches Training Institute and is a member of the International Coach Federation. She brings passion and fun to her life and work. She inspires people to think outside the box and take meaningful action. Her warmth and clarity enable her coaching clients to move forward in gentle yet powerful ways. Her clients say that she inspires confidence and has a way of turning challenging situations into adventures.

Deb has been successful in creating what she wants in her personal and work life. She has created work that she loves, balanced home life and career and created successful relationships both in challenging work situations and in her personal life. This enables her to understand her clients’ needs and offer proven strategies for their success.

In addition to being a coach, Deb has worked in the field of marketing where she has coordinated events, developed and managed marketing campaigns and supervised the production of advertising media including the production of three television spots for the super bowl. Deb has a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts from Rochester Institute of Technology in New York with a major in photography.

Deb is passionate about enabling people to create the work and lives they want and to celebrate their successes. Deb’s passion also extends to helping children build self esteem and make good decisions as well as providing the basic necessities of life to those in need. She is active in developing fund raising campaigns to provide food, clothing and education for children.

Deb has been happily married for 10 years and has two energetic boys aged five and eight. She enjoys being creative, the ocean, eating good food and exploring the world.
